  1. Part 2 Romans 12 Conformed Transformed

  2. “And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind HE will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.“ Romans 12:1 (NLT)

  3. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2

  4. …no longer live as the unbelievers do, as they’re hopelessly confused. --Eph. 4:17-19

  5. …no longer live as the unbelievers do, as they’re hopelessly confused. --Eph. 4:17-19 …that since you’ve heard about Jesus and learned the truth, to throw away your former way of living which has been corrupted by lust and deception. --Eph. 4: 22-24

  6. …no longer live as the unbelievers do, as they’re hopelessly confused. --Eph. 4:17-19 …that since you’ve heard about Jesus and learned the truth, to throw away your former way of living which has been corrupted by lust and deception. --Eph. 4: 22-24 …put to death the sinful, earthly things lurking within you. Have nothing to do with sexual immorality, impurity, lust, and evil desires. Don’t be greedy…worshiping the things of this world.” --Col. 3:5

  7. “Don’t slip back into your old ways of living to satisfy your own desires.” (I Peter 1:14)

  8. But if you turn away from HIM and cling to the customs of the survivors of these nations remaining among you, and if you intermarry with them, then know for certain that the Lord your God will no longer drive them out of your land. Instead, they will be a snare and a trap to you, a whip for your backs and thorny brambles in your eyes, and you will vanish from this good land the Lord your God has given you.” Joshua 23: 12-13

  9. “What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens, but you ignore the more important aspects of the law—justice, mercy, and faith. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things.” --Matt. 23:23

  10. “Don’t be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God.” --I Pet. 3-4

  11. “I once thought these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done. Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For His sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage so that I could gain Christ and become one with him.” --Phil 3: 7-8

  12. “Dear brothers and sisters, pattern your lives after mine, and learn from those who follow our example.” --Phil. 3:17

  13. “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Keep putting into practice all you learned….” --Phil. 4:7-8
