CAUSAS • Según los panelistas, la principal causa es la deficiencia en la Educación y el comercio. • Malas políticas públicas sociales. • Poca inversión en infraestructura. • La desintegración Regional. • La burocracia de las entidades Públicas. • La Política gubernamental corrupta. • Experimentos sociales que no resultan.

CONSECUENCIAS • LA DESIGUALDAD SOCIOECONÓMICA DE LOS HABITANTES DE LA REGIÓN. • CALIDAD DE VIDA DEFICIENTE, PRINCIPALMENTE EN LOS SECTORES ALEJADOS • MUCHAS NECESIDADES DE LAS CAPAS SOCIALES. • FALTA DE EMPLEOS. • RESULTADOS TARDÍOS EN LOS PROCESOS. • EL MAL USO DE LOS DINEROS DEL ESTADO POR LOS GOBERNANTES.

POSIBLES SOLUCIONES • POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DESTINADAS A LA MEJORA DE LA EDUCACIÓN Y EL COMERCIO. • LA AUSTERIDAD Y LA TRANSPARENCIA REAL DE LOS GOBIERNOS. • INCENTIVAR LA INVERSIÓN EXTRANJERA. • IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN PROGRAMA DE INTEGRACIÓN REGIONAL. • CERTEZA DEL CASTIGO. • LA CREACIÓN DE NUESTROS PROPIOS SISTEMAS, NO COPIARLOS DE OTROS PAÍSES.
