INVEST IN SMEDEREVO Industrial park • The site is located in Zone VI for charge of building and land usage • For planned purposes - production halls, warehouses, industrial facilities - cost payment for land is 2184RSD per m2 for buildings and 1,000RSD per m2 for open and handling areas • The regulation of these commitments are implemented during obtaining building and use permits • After construction the value of compensation for land use is calculated in the amount of 3.3 dinars per m2 of production facilities, or 1.65 dinars per m2 for handling space, and 8.25 dinars per m2 for commercial buildings BENEFITS • Beside reduction of 30% calculated value fee on time payments, the obligation can be made in 36 monthly installments • Estimated fee may be reduced to 40% if the investor from it`s own funds equips the site with infrastructure • In the case of operations in the Free Zone regime, and the fulfillment of conditions relating to employment of more than 50 workers, there is the possibility for reduction of charge of 50% • Max.reduction 90% in case of fulfillment of the conditions in case of one time payement for fee for land adoptation 1 2,96ha 2 3 2,78ha 3,23ha
