2. בית איל הרמוניה של חיים מרכז תרבות, חינוך, בריאות וספורט ייעודו של הבית - שילוב נכים עם חיילי צה"ל, משפחת השכול, בתי ספר מיוחדים ורגילים, ותיקים ועולים חדשים, נוער לקראת צבא וכל גווני הקשת של הקהילה. בבית פעילות ספונטאנית ומכוונת בתחומי התרבות, החינוך, הבריאות והספורט. Bet-Eyal Harmony of life Center of culture, education, health and sports. The idea standing behind Bet-Eyal is to unite all segments of society – handicapped people and IDF-soldiers, bereaved families, students of regular schools and schools for children with special needs, veterans and new immigrants, youth before the enlisting and the whole diversity of the society and the community. The spontaneous activities in the spheres of culture, education, health and sport are open to anyone.

4. Routs צירי תנועה Every rout in the house leads to every activity. The construction of the blue shaded areas was not completed yet. 5. ציר לבנון וחזרה הכניסה לבית איל היא דרך הציר. כל הבאים לפעילות פוסעים דרך מורשת קרב וזיכרון, עם שמות הנופלים בלב. בקצה הציר חדר דמוי מוצב, בו יהיו פינות מחשבים ויוסרטו סרטי הנופלים, סיפורי חיים. מורשת קרב וזיכרון. "ציר לבנון וחזרה" בנוי רק כשלד. הוא החלק היחידי ב"בית איל" שבנייתו נעצרה מחוסר תרומות. THE ROAD TO LEBANON AND BACK The entrance to Bet-Eyal is through this road. Everyone coming to the activity enters through the heritage of war and remembrance, carrying the names and stories in their hearts. At the end of the road, there is a bunker-like room housing computers, where films with the stories of the fallen heroes are presented, the story of their lives, a memorial of battle and remembrance. “The Road to Lebanon and Back” is the only part of “Bet- Eyal” whose construction could not be completed owing to the lack of funds.

6. ציר לבנון וחזרה - THE ROAD TO LEBANON AND BACK זוהי הכניסה הראשית לבית איל דרך ציר לבנון וחזרה. בבואך לכל פעילות, המעבר הינו דרך שמות יקירינו שנפלו בלבנון ומלווים אותם סיפורי האירועים והגבורה משך כל השנים. This is the main gate to Bet-Eyal, via The Road to Lebanon and Back. You shall pass along the names of our beloved who were killed in Lebanon accompanied by the stories of the events and the bravery over the years.

7. ציר לבנון וחזרה - THE ROAD TO LEBANON AND BACK הקפיטריה ופינת הישיבה מתוכננות להימצא בתוך הציר. על הקיר, מול היושבים מופיעים שמות הנופלים וסיפורי המורשת. בקצה התמונה ניתן להבחין בחלון התקווה, ממנו תתאפשר כניסה למתחם הבריכות. כל אלה עדיין לא הושלמו בגלל מחסור בתרומות. The cafeteria and the sitting area are planned to be built within this road. On the wall, in front of the sitting area, a memorial wall carries the names of the fallen heroes and their stories. The far end of the picture shows the “Window of Hope” which is also the entrance to the pool area. These parts are yet unfinished owing to the lack of funds. פינת ישיבה וקפיטריה

8. ציר לבנון וחזרה - THE ROAD TO LEBANON AND BACK לפניכם הדמיה של הנצחת הנופלים. ניתן להבחין בפלטות הזכוכית השקועות, עליהן יחרטו שמות הנופלים. ביניהם יוצבו פלטות פלדה בהם יסופרו הארועים השונים במשך השנים. Here you can see the impressive image of the fallen soldiers’ memorial. On the engrossed glass plates the names of the fallen soldiers shall be etched. In between steel plates shall be provided and on them, the stories of the various events over the course of the years shall be told.

9. בריכה קהילתית - תחרותית אורכה של הבריכה 25 מטרים ורוחבה 21 מטרים. זוהי בריכה גדולה מאוד, המאפשרת את היחד וגם את הלבד, את הפעילות של בעלי מוגבלויות עם רגילים ואת שחיית החובבים והמקצוענים. הבריכה הקהילתית היא המרכז של היחד. Public and competition pool This large semi-Olympic pool (25m long, 21m wide, ceiling height 12 m), is suitable both for group and for individual activities. Handicapped and disabled can exercise beside professional swimmers and regular members. 10. בריכת פעוטות Kids’ and babies’ pool בריכת הפעוטות היא מרכז המשפחות עם הילדים. נכים עם כסאות הגלגלים, ילדים מוגבלים עם רגילים. בבריכה שעשועי מים. This babies’ pool is the center of the families with children, accommodating handicapped people in wheelchairs and children with special needs as well as healthy children. This fun pool has slides, water fountains and games.

11. משטח מזרקות Fountains pool משטח המזרקות על הדשא בסמוך לבריכה ומשמש לכיף בעיקר לילדים, וגם לבעלי המוגבלויות שבהם. השילוב והיחד בולטים במיוחד במשטח המזרקות. הילדים משתוללים בתוכם וקשה להבדיל בין המוגבלים לרגילים. The fountains pool is located on the grassy area in the vicinity of the pool. It is a special fun-pool for all children – the healthy, the handicapped and those with special needs. This unique combination specific to Bet Eyal is especially conspicuous here, as the children play together and it is difficult to differentiate between the healthy and the handicapped.

12. הידרותרפיה Hydrotherapy בריכה טיפולית אשר עיקרה טיפול במוגבלים אך פתוחה לכל משתמש. רבים הבאים ומטפלים בעצמם ללא עזרה של מטפל. בתי ספר מיוחדים מגיעים מכל הצפון ובתי ספר רגילים מקיימים פעולות עם המוגבלים. פעוטים לומדים לשחות. This hydrotherapy pool is intended mainly for the treatment of handicapped children, but it is open to everyone. Many of the visitors enjoy its healthful benefits without the assistance of a professional. Children from special schools in the area come for hydrotherapy activities and treatments. Students of the regular schools participate in activities together with the disabled . And babies learn how to swim.

13. אודיטוריוםAuditorium האודיטוריום משמש לאירועי תרבות וחינוך: הרצאות, דיונים, התכנסויות. בין האירועים התכנסות "שישי של עניין" המתקיים פעם בחודש ועוסק בנושאים אקטואליים. בתמונה: אלוף במי"ל עמירם לוין, אורנה שמעוני, אלוף במיל שי אביטל. In the auditorium educational and cultural events take place: Lectures, seminars, get-togethers, different courses and studies. Once a month, a seminar is held with a political or military figure to discuss the latest political, strategic and economical issues. 14. חדר התעמלותואזור התכנסות Fitness Studio and Get-together Area באולם ההתעמלות מתקיימים מדי שבוע עשרות חוגים, לכל גיל ומין, למוגבלים ושלא. יוגה, פילאטיס, אירובי קיקבוקסינג ועוד. החוגים מלאים והאולם עמוס. A variety of classes are offered at the fitness studio, all over the week, for both sexes and all ages, the healthy and the handicapped, such as body shape, aerobics, pilates, kickboxing, yoga. The studio is always full.

15. מכון הכושר - The Gym המכון הוא הראשון שנפתח לציבור בבית איל, ופעיל מאז שנת 2002. המכון מלא מפה לפה וכבר היום קיים הכרח להגדילו. כל המכונות מתאימות גם למוגבלים. The Gym was the first area of the center opened to the public in 2002. This professional gym is always full and already needs to be enlarged. All equipment is suitable for the handicapped.

"ציר לבנון וחזרה" הוא מרכז המתחם, הלב והנשמה של הבית. ממנו נכנסים ודרכו יוצאים.ניתן להבחין באורכו, גובהו ופעימת ליבו, כאשר פונים לכל פעילות בבית. זהו בית של פעילות ענפה, עם כל המשפחה הישראלית האמיתית, עם היקירים שלה שלא חזרו מהמלחמות, עם המוגבלים והפצועים עם כולם. לא באים לאזכרה, אבל יוצאים עם זיכרון. “The Road to Lebanon and Back” - it is the heart and soul of the establishment. It serves both as entrance and exit. As you are heading to any activity, you will become aware of the length and height of the route and hear its heartbeats. This is a house of extensive activity, alive with the real Israeli family, with their beloved ones, those who never returned home from the wars, the wounded and the handicapped and those with special needs. You didn’t come for a memorial service, but you will leave with a memento.
