General Info (1 of 2) • Grand Sessionis June 26-28 and will be located at Red Lion Hotel Salem • Registrationfor 2014 Grand Session Requires 3 Forms • Registration Form • Meal Form • Hotel Reservation Form • All Registrationforms are due by June 1st including full payment • $25 Late fee will apply if postmarked after June 1st • Late fee will be collected at Grand Session Registration, prior to receiving the Bethel Grand Session Package • 2014 Meal Packagecost per person (full menu included in this information) • $135 per person • Including Dessert • Formal Banquet is Plated (2 choices), all other meals are Buffet • Meal package per person attending all 3 days include (required) • Thursday Dinner • Friday Lunch & Dinner • Saturday Lunch & Dinner • Individual pricing for each meal will be offered as well, for attendee’s that only come for 1 or 2 meals, price will vary by meal (Lunch vs Dinner vs Breakfast) • No Thursday Lunch is offered, however there is a restaurant onsite
General Info (2 of 2) • Competitionsstart at 9:00am on Thursday • Bethels should not feel pressured to come on Wednesday night • Grand Bethel Installation is Saturday evening • Followed by a Dance • Hotel Check in is 3pm • For Bethels choosing to check out on Saturday • 12pm Check-out time • Luggage and personal items should be packed into your vehicles no later than noon • Grand Session Package Includes: • Convention & Registration Fees • Meal Package which includes 5 meals: Thursday Formal Banquet, Friday Lunch and Dinner, Saturday Lunch and Dinner • Hotel guests receive full breakfast buffet included with your nights stay • Competitions and Oregon Jobie Congress • Installations & Dance • Fun Night and Pool Party • GGC Business Sessions • Friendship & FUN!!!
Things to remember • Bring your current Dues card • If you are a Grand Bethel Officer or Choir Member don’t forget your medallion and ritual • Bring your robe, headband, white shoes, white hose/knee highs, long white slip, capes, crowns, bobby pins, and safety pins. • Medical Releases: Have each daughter and her parents complete 2 copies. Have one inside each chaperone’s vehicle. NO OUTSIDE FOOD is allowed in the conference area– NONE! This includes selling tables! • Cost of your Grand Session Meal Package includes the 19% gratuity required by our contract.
Hotel (1 of 2) • Room Information • $85 + 10% tax ~$93.50 per night • Double Queen (Girls ONLY) or King with roll away (same pricing) • Room rate include a Breakfast Buffet – • Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, fruit, pastries, muffins, orange juice or coffee • ALL room reservations MUST be done through the Hotel Reservation Form • DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM • In order to avoid being charged up front for the first day of your stay, we are doing all reservations via the Hotel Reservation Form • YOU will still need to contact the hotel AFTER the finalized reservation form has been submitted to the hotel, to provide a credit card number to guarantee your room • Hotel may only be contacted AFTER June 10th, but BEFORE June 22nd • IF no Credit Card Number is provided to the Hotel prior to June 22nd, the hotel room WILL BE CANCELLED • Red Lion Hotel Salem • 3301 Market Street NE, Salem, OR 97301 • Tel: 503-370-7888 | Fax: 503-370-6305
Hotel (2 of 2) • We have very limited 2 Queen bed rooms (max 4 occupants each) • 2 Queen bed rooms will be assigned to Bethels based on the number of girls attending Grand Session • 2 Queen bed rooms will ONLY be assigned to girls for occupancy • However, since 2 Queen bed rooms are so limited, some girls may still need to use a King + Twin rollaway room • ALL Adults will need to share King + Twin rollaway rooms (max 3 occupants each) • NOTE: • No rollaway will be provided or planned for unless noted on the Hotel Reservation Form • Due to the limitations, we reserve the right to move folks into King + Twin rooms if needed - please complete the Hotel Reservation Form with as much detail as possible to enable us to get everyone a bed to sleep in, as close together as possible

Registration (2 of 3) • The “Responsible Person” is the adult (usually the Bethel Guardian) designated to pick up the packet at the registration table at Session • Please include a telephone number for this person, in case we have any questions • The same form should be used for both Daughters and Adults • Keep a copy of the completed form for your reference/records • Name and Title: Please use your name and the titles by which you wish to be introduced. • Delegate Code: • D: Job’s Daughter • C: Child (anyone under the age of 18 who is not a member of Job’s Daughters) • V: Voting Delegate (EBGC, PBG, PABG) • N: Non-Voting (Adults attending session as chaperones, parents and guests.) • Additional Costs: • $10 - GGC Credential Fee – paid by all members of the GGC • $25 - Late Fee for registration postmarked after June 1
Registration (3 of 3) • Refunds- Refunds will be allowed only if the Grand Guardian Council is able to sell your registration packet to another person. • Refund checks will be issued after Grand Session and only with the approval of the Arrangements Chair We are looking forward to seeing you at Grand Session.
