Pirtle Kindergarten Memo September 9-13, 2013 Mrs. Taylor, Mrs. Vybiral Ms. Bud, Mrs. Sharp, Mrs. Moore WEEKLY GRADES • ELA – Rhyming…your student will • rhyme orally for me. • MATH-Writing number 0-5 • SCIENCE-Recycling sort (plastic, paper, cans) cut and paste activity; • Recylcing craft • SOCIAL STUDIES- Creating a TX flag (with ripped paper) HOMEWORK @ Practice counting daily. @ Practice writing numbers and letters the correct way ALWAYS starting from the top @ Practice writingname with capital first letter only and the rest lowercase. • @ READ, READ, READ!!!!!!! \ It is okay to send a water bottle for outdoor recess with your child. \ We will be starting stations this week! \ If your child’s dismissal routine changes for ANY reason (even if only for a day) please contact me or the office personally…please DO NOT send word with your student only!
