  3. Distributor have to must fill up below Bank & Personal details for get Courier Payment Reimbursement Distributor also have to print this page, Sign and stamp of his firm and physical form will Courier to RCSPL for Payment Reimbursement

  4. Please put the POD number. Please select the date of Physical CAF dispatch Please put the CAF Count only. Distributor have to put CAF Count two times for confirm. Enter Courier Name Distributor can upload the CAF number data in TXT file only of dispatched Physical CAF Distributor have to upload the scan copy of POD receipt. Distributor can see the all details of POD dispatched. (CAF dispatched to Payment deposited)
