  7. Assessment Centers • Feedback • Use of databases to • Ensure the same participant behavior receives the same feedback • Assessors don’t have to be creative in each statement • Language/recommendations fit client competency/training models

  8. Research Opportunities • Does all of this really lead to more accurate predictions? • Does it matter? • Are there groups that are being left out? • Or is this approach more inclusive?
