Resource Development Priorities LAC • (OD funds) to hire a senior consultant to provide support for fund-raising • Develop TORs for consultant, including: • Select two project ideas for fund raising (one for Argentina and one for Panama): mangroves, Iberá marshes, etc. • Shape up these good ideas • Search of potential donors • Prepare & connect us to donors • Meet with Marcel to discuss the Permian project idea and how to be involved • Meet with Ward to discuss flyway proposal / Shell opportunities (buffies, etc)
