Project Goal • To assess the capacity of Part D Grantees to successfully collect and report on a core set of client-level data (CLD) required for the Ryan White Services Report (RSR) • CLD includes socio-demographic and service utilization data that can be used to better plan, monitor and evaluate HIV-related services provided to women and families www.cicatelli.org

7. Project Timeline • September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2011 • Over the next three years, Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI) will conduct an assessment of the readiness of all 91 Part D Grantees to collect client-level data required for the Ryan White Services Report (RSR) • 19 agencies have been identified by HRSA for priority assessment in Year 1 www.cicatelli.org

Assessment Design • Will examine readiness based on four organizational domains: • Infrastructure • Hardware and software • Systems • Sub-grantee contracting requirements • Data sources, collection, and flow • Staffing • Leadership, staffing patterns and skills • Culture • Use of data for program planning, monitoring and evaluation www.cicatelli.org

Project Tools & Resources • Readiness to collect Client-Level Data (CLD) will be assessed by CAI utilizing a standardized assessment tool • The assessment tool will be administered by mail, email, Internet, phone, and/or on-site assessments • Individual work plans addressing identified gaps in readiness will be created for each grantee www.cicatelli.org
