Introductions: Name I preferred to be called: Mr. Kirwin My Educational Background: Bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma in meteorology with minors in journalism, history and GIS Currently working on a Masters degree from Arizona State University in Secondary Education (graduating December 2013) Major driving force in my life: Trying to experience as many things and learn as much as I can. Interesting thing(s) about you:I have lived in six different states and three different countries. My hobbies include film photography and collecting tapes and records.

8. Questions 1-10: When a new movie comes out in theaters are you there opening night? Do you pay attention to new fades or styles? When faced with a challenge do you begin tackling the problem and only seek help when you get stuck? Make Observations: Must make 3 observation about what you see in both turn based and number based approach to questions for a total of 6 observations, and additional 3 comparisons between the two methods. Number Based Approach: Everyone starts at island 1 and you stay at the island as long as you have 1’s. As soon as you no longer have 1’s you move to the 2 island and wait. Turn Based Approach: Everyone starts at island 1 and there are 20 turns. Once you have exhausted 1’s you move to island 2 and then once you have exhausted 2’s you move to island 3.
11. Write about what you saw: With your 6 observations (3 from each method of looking at the data) and your 3 comparisons write 500 words on what you saw and how relates to teams structure, lab groups or the ideal classroom. Due 08/09/2013
