  1. April 26, 2011 Sponsored by Story PTA STORYTELLER Principal’s Corner Story Teacher of the Year Story faculty and staff members are proud to announce Story’s Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Diana Lovell. Mrs. Lovell has been in education for the past 10 years, and she has served Story as a first grade teacher for six years.   She attended the University of North Texas where she received a Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Study with a Reading Specialization.  In addition to serving Story as a classroom teacher, Mrs. Lovell serves on the Campus Improvement Team and is the First Grade team leader.  She has also served Allen ISD as a Lead Mentor and provided support both to student teachers and new teachers on campus.  Mrs. Lovell is an amazing teacher and leader in our school. We want to congratulate Mrs. Lovell on her accomplishments at Story!  We also want to thank her for going above and beyond to help our students excel and become life-long learners.  She is just one of the reasons Story is such a caring and exemplary school!
