  2. Job’s name is spoken of in many religions, but mostly Christianity. He was a man who always maintained his trust to the lord, even through the worst trials. job was the main character in the book of job, his life time is not exactly known, but we do know that he lived his whole life in the land of uz.

  3. We do not know exactly who wrote the story of job, but it was most likely mosses or Solomon, but the exact time that his story was written is not known.

  5. Job is also mentioned in James 5, as a great man of faith.

  6. The story of job tells us that Satan has absolutely no power, except the power that God allows him to have. When trials are sent our way it is not always because of our sins, but sometimes are to test, and strengthen our faith.

  7. The book of job is a testament of trusting God even when it seems that there seems to be no end of trials in life. In the book of job, God asked Satan what he thought of Joseph, Satan responded “he is only faithful to you because of the blessings that you have given him. So God placed heavy trials upon him to test him. The test included loosing all his cattle of donkeys, oxen, camels, and sheep, altogether numbering 11,000. and when you think its over, his entire family, offspring and his wife, were killed as his house collapsed.

  8. Sometimes we think our lives are terrible and we tend to blame god for the trials that we endure. But when you look at the book of job, we see that god placed many more trials upon job, then he often places upon us, yet we tend to blame god for our trials, but job worshipped him Even More.

  9. As I said in my movie, I believe that job is a hero, or someone to look up to for guidance when things get tough, because he went through many trials but never blamed god for them, but “looked on the bright side of things” and stayed faithful.
