Funded primarily by Saudi Arabia and holds the title for many mosques, Islamic schools, and Islamic organizations in the U.S.

  24. 2009 Federal Court ruling unsealed in Fall of 2010. CAIR/ISNA/NAIT petitioned the courts. While the Court did find that the Government should not have made the Unindicted Co-Conspirator List public, it also found CAIR, ISNA and NAIT have established relations with Hamas – a designated terrorist entity.
