Results of Recent EQA Panels for Blood Borne Viruses

This report provides an overview of the results and performance criteria of recent EQA panels for HIV RNA quantification, HCV RNA detection, HBV DNA quantification, and CMV DNA quantification. The pilot distributions started between 1998 and 2004, with the first distributions being sent out between 2000 and 2007. A total of 156 to 165 participants were involved in these EQA panels.
