  2. Training They trained in Egypt for 4 months, getting ready for the rough lifestyle of war.

  3. Gallipoli 1914, sent in on boats to Gallipoli to fight the Turks.

  4. beached They landed on a beach but at the bottom of a cliff face and they Turks were at the top. Over 8,000 men were killed.

  5. Fighting They fought hard to gain land, but they realised they needed an escape.

  6. escape They used mechanisms to set of guns while they fled, all under they noses of the Turks.
