  3. Health Related Fitness • Cardiorespiratory Fitness • Muscular Endurance • Muscular Strength • Flexibility • Body Composition Helps to prevent the onset of hypokinetic conditions – conditions that are caused by a lack of physical activity.

  6. Three principles of fitness • Principle of Overload • The only way to produce fitness and health benefits through physical activity is to require your body to do more than it normally does. • F.
