  1. Lakeside Middle School Student and Parent School Climate Survey 2012-2013

  2. Introduction • Two surveys were made available. One to students and one to parents. Using Google Drive, responses were tallied from 128 Parent participants and 879 Student participants. • Because survey participants were able to check more than one box, the percentages are broken down by decimals to accurately represent the results using a pie chartfor a more simple representation of data results.

Conclusions • Questions where less than 50% agreement or Don’t Know was selected as a majority, certainly deserve a second look for consideration by all as areas that can be improved for furtherance of the improvement of school operations. • Most participants agreed or strongly agreed in the majority of all categories and questions, indicating that the participants believe that this is a strong school with a strong faculty.
