  4. The Journey - Started in September 2011 • February 2012 secured Cabinet Office funding • Six Programme delivery Partners • Programme of activity and key indicators The challenge - To offer a collaborative service to frontline organisations • Robust • Fit for purpose • Sustainable

Project funding • March 2012 – year 1 funding (£402K) Six partner organisations, utilising 10 existing staff members to support programme activity & delivery • Two key staff positions • Positive change Officer • Communications Officer • Delivery budget • Capital Budget • Lancashire County Council - investment in a Lancashire wide Volunteering programme • Year2 - March/Sept 2013 (£196K)

The Indicators • Create a new entity (incorporated body) • Unified services under one brand • Benchmark quality • Create a virtual platform for us the infrastructure to trade with members and frontline organisations • Strengthen services to collectively offer more • Ensure frontline civil society organisations can access a wide range of high quality support

ONE Lancashire incorporated 22nd November 2012 ONE Lancashire Limited Mission Statement Working together we will support and strengthen frontline third sector organisations.  By working smarter, sharing resources and information, we will help communities grow stronger and create new opportunities for people across Lancashire.
