  2. Free time • 61% - prefer to use the computer when they are home • 86% prefer to spend their free time going out, • 89% spend time with friends (in real life or on the net)

  3. TV vs reading vs listening music • 80% are listening music everyday • 45% are watching TV everyday • 27% are reading everyday

  4. Practicing sport • 29% - everyday • 33% - once per week • 12% - twice per month • 8% - once per month • 18% - rarely

  5. Education, work and carrier • 59% are skeptical regarding his chances to succeed to build a career in Romania What young people expect from job? • 99% - possibilities of advancement and development • 96% - to be well paid • 47% - would work for free if they would love what they are doing

  6. Technology • 86% quickly adapts to any device • The mobile phone is essential for 74% of young • The computer is essential for 69%

  7. How they see them selves? • 59% say they do not like to externalize their feelings • 74% believe that you can’t trust people nowadays.

  8. Models for youth • 95% admire very smart people • 91% admire their parents • 80% admire those with academic success • Only 32% admire celebrities

  9. Social life is moving on the internet • 90% talk on chat (ex. Facebook) • 45% have friends online which they didn’t meet in real life

  10. Tolerance • only 32% would accept to have a homosexual friend • 92% would agree to have a poor friend • 93% would tolerate someone who has different religion • 69% could have a gypsy friend

  11. Money • Although half (49%) already earn their own money, 71% are still helped with money by their parents

  12. How they spend money? • 42% of young people spend money on fun and meetings with friends • 39% - spend money on clothes and the way they look • 13% - spend money, especially on mobile phones-and gadgets

  13. Future • 73% of young people say that they want to have their own business someday • But only 41% clearly know what they will doafter3 years • 66% think that things will get better in 5 years • 90% believe that they will earn more than their parents earn

  14. Health • 43% say that to eat healthy you need a lot of money • 80% think that it's hard to avoid eating unhealthy

Conclusions They don’t know what they'll do in the future, but they don’t really care Few real friends in real life They practice sports, but they eat fast food Social life is moving on the net They want to live at extremes, but they are introverts They admire their parents and they are very sensitive to their opinion Addicted to internet and mobile
