  3. Family Size I am married with two kids, one is 6 years old and the other is 8 years old. My husband and I are both working.

  4. Weather of Traverse City, MI The weather in Traverse City is cold, snowy winters, and hot summers.

  5. Annual Income I make 60k a year.

  6. Total Distance to Work From 1213 Gold Ct. to 445 E Front St it is a 14 minute drive. I found this out by going to google maps and putting in the address of my house and the address of my work.

  7. House Insurance House insurance for my selected home would be $800.39. (254,900/1,000=254.90*3.14=800.39)

  10. Transportation Needs The vehicle I would like to purchase is a 2015 Subaru Impreza. The asking price for this car is $18,195. I would be making a $2,000 down payment so I would have to pay $338 a month as my monthly payment

  11. Parking Costs Downtown parking in Traverse City: I can either park on the street and pay for a meter for two hours at max at a rate of 25 cents for a half hour, or I can use the parking garages that are open from 7am to 6pm. Their rates are $1.00 per hour with a daily maximum of $10.00.
