  2. Text 1 Compassion for the dress of drowning man. Material compassion, lamentation and tears. saïjaya uväca taà tathä kåpayäviñöam açru-pürëäkulekñaëam viñédantam idaà väkyam uväca madhusüdanaù Saïjaya said: Seeing Arjuna full of com-passion, his mind depressed, his eyes full of tears, Madhusüdana, Kåñëa, spoke the following words.

  3. Self realized – called Pandit. Shudra – one who laments unnecessarily. Most of the population now a days on platform of shudra. Arjuna’s lamentation on platform of body. Material and Spiritual Compassion

  4. çré-bhagavän uväca kutas tvä kaçmalam idaà viñame samupasthitam anärya-juñöam asvargyam akérti-karam arjuna The Supreme Personality of Godhead said: My dear Arjuna, how have these impurities come upon you? They are not at all befitting a man who knows the value of life. They lead not to higher planets but to infamy. Text 2

  5. vadanti tat tattva-vidas tattvaà yaj jïänam advayam brahmeti paramätmeti bhagavän iti çabdyate “The Absolute Truth is realized in three phases of understanding by the knower of the Absolute Truth, and all of them are identical. Such phases of the Absolute Truth are expressed as Brahman, Paramätmä, and Bhagavän.” Krsna is referred as Bhagavan. Absolute Truth in 3 phases: Brahman (Impersonal) Paramatma (Supersoul) Bhagavan (Supreme Personality of Godhead)

  6. éçvaraù paramaù kåñëaù sac-cid-änanda-vigrahaù anädir ädir govindaù sarva-käraëa-käraëam “There are many personalities possessing the qualities of Bhagavän, but Kåñëa is the supreme because none can excel Him. He is the Supreme Person, and His body is eternal, full of knowledge and bliss. He is the primeval Lord Govinda and the cause of all causes.” ete cäàça-kaläù puàsaù kåñëas tu bhagavän svayam indräri-vyäkulaà lokaà måòayanti yuge yuge “All the lists of the incarnations of Godhead submitted herewith are either plenary expansions or parts of the plenary expansions of the Supreme Godhead, but Kåñëa is the Supreme Personality of Godhead Himself.” Krsna declared as Bhagavan

  7. Civilization based on Spiritual realization. Anarya – No concept of god, spirit and engrossed in bodily concept of life. No knowledge of liberation from material world. Arjuna’s compassion non-Aryan and not approved by Krsna. Aryan (A civilized man)
