  1. Conditions of Learning The student will be able to correctly process film from a camera. The Learning Task (Ray)

  2. Learned Capability Type Students require a learned capability type using information, intellectual skill and motor skill. They must exhibit the following skill set: prepare film for development (motor skill), immerse the film in chemicals (motor skill) in a timed-sequential order (intellectual skill). Type of Learning Learners will be using cognitive skills, attitude, and motor skills. The learning outcomes are affected through Internal conditions which require the learner to understand and recall the procedure in developing film to achieve successful results (intellectual). Because they want to enjoy their photographs they will want to recall the desired developing procedure (attitude). Working with canisters and bottled chemicals to bath the film students need to use equipment in a timed order (motor skill) adding to their recall of learning. External Conditions are provided by the instructor through demonstration or informing learners of pitfalls in the process (attitude). Practicing the procedure will provide self evaluative capacity i.e. my photos worked (cognitive & motor skill) therefore I followed process correctly.

  3. Type of Learning Outcome Intellectual Skill: Essential - Understands the correct order of procedure. Supportive – Attitude of desiring success, problem solves in the event something went wrong. (cognitive). Motor Skill: Essential – Demonstrates procedure stages Supportive –Attitude is one of having a successful conclusion. Cognitive Strategies: Essential – Intellectual Skill (Determines possible reasons for failure) Supportive – Intellectual…Students think about what is needed to succeed or analyzes what went wrong. Instructional Event Informing the learner of the objective: By informing students of the objective they will understand why they need to follow the process to process their film. Assessing Learner Performance: Students who have successfully developed their film will have demonstrated the desired performance.

  4. Feedback from a Colleague Your learning task is clearly stated and focused. Students capability type falls into the categories as provided. Motor Skills and Intellectual Skills are very apparent from the learning task. Students type of learning is dependent upon the premises outlined. The internal conditions are clear. External conditions use an expert to demonstrate as a source. Learning outcomes are largely Intellectual and motor skill in nature however students must have critical cognitive skills to complete the task. Instructional Events lend themselves to the attainment of learning task, processing film.
