Educational Philosophy • Teach every child because all children can learn, despite disability or AYP category (ISLLC # 1 &2) • Tap into various modalities in order to meet the needs of each student (ISLLC # 1) • Work with other teachers to gain ideas on how to better the instructions of each student (ISLLC # 2) • Provide an atmosphere that is safe and conducive to learning (ISLLC # 1, 2, 4 &6)

Administrative Philosophy • Open lines of Communication with students, faculty and staff on the best way to educate our students (ISLLC # 2) • Embrace the challenges that face educators and use strategies to help solve those problems (ISLLC # 4, 5, 6) • Treat the students faculty and staff fairly, but remind them that fair does not mean equal (ISLLC # 5)
