Spring Season Team Sports Sign-ups were 06 Feb 09 - 16 Mar 09. Practices started on 30 Mar 09. Spring Season games start 17 Apr 09 and end 06 Jun 09. Personnel with one year registration older than 90 days prior to reporting to the vehicle registration office, must re-register their vehicle and pay the fee of $30.00 for a one year registration, and provide a new double white insurance card during registration. Personnel Individuals with two year registrations with more than a year left are not required to re-register their vehicle and will be authorized to exchange their plates with Wiesbaden plates at no additional cost, but must supply a new double white insurance card. Individuals who have a two year registration with less than a year left, must re-register their vehicle and pay $30.00 for a one year registration or $60.00 for a two year registration, and must supply a new double white insurance card.
