Personnel with one year registration older than 90 days prior to reporting to the vehicle registration office, must re-register their vehicle and pay the fee of $30.00 for a one year registration, and provide a new double white insurance card during registration. Personnel Individuals with two year registrations with more than a year left are not required to re-register their vehicle and will be authorized to exchange their plates with Wiesbaden plates at no additional cost, but must supply a new double white insurance card. Individuals who have a two year registration with less than a year left, must re-register their vehicle and pay $30.00 for a one year registration or $60.00 for a two year registration, and must supply a new double white insurance card.
