  2. The Book • The Fairy at first was intolerant of Artemis. She didn’t want to give The Book to Artemis. Finally Artemis convinced her, although it was harder, and more intense than the thought it would be. He had permission to have it for 30 minutes, and took pictures, and sent it to his cell phone, then to Fowl Manor, where he lived, and took it from there.

  3. Nguyen • Nguyen is tolerant of Artemis and Butler. Although Butler kind of made him. He also might do it because he wants to, but his feelings are his feelings.

  4. Fairies and Butler • Butler seems to be intolerant of the fairies, because Artemis is too. Maybe he just does it for Artemis. He is very tolerant of Artemis, so maybe that is why he is intolerant of what Artemis is.

  5. Tolerance And Intolerance • Butler had intolerance to the Dockers, because he thought they were wimpy, and didn’t accept that, so it started a fight. Some fell into the polluted water.

  6. Butler • Butler seems to be tolerant of Artemis a lot. They appreciate each other, and they are like best friends. This is another example of Tolerance.

  7. Juliet • Juliet is tolerant of both Butler, and the Fowls. She seems to be tolerant of Holly, too. Either that or Holly hypnotized her, which she did do by the way.

  8. Holly And Artemis… • Holly and Artemis have a lot of intolerance for each other. Holly doesn’t accept Artemis for being “just a human” and being mean. Artemis doesn’t think he should give Holly back to Root, so he is angry about that.

  9. Mulch Diggums • The goblins don’t tolerate Mulch, because he is a kleptomaniac dwarf, and he destroyed their stuff, including one of their noses. The goblin put a fireball up his nose, to shoot it at Mulch. That left a mark! Much plugged the nose with his thumbs, and lived!

  10. Root’s Intolerance Root doesn’t tolerate Artemis. Root wants Holly, but Artemis won’t give her. Artemis isn’t tolerating Root either. He is not letting Root do what he wants. So both Root and Artemis have intolerance.

  11. Tolerance • Holly is Tolerant of Foaly and Root. She was so excited when she heard their voices from the helmet. She felt great. They were all very happy.

  12. LEP officers • These LEP’s have lot’s of intolerance for trolls. They try to defeat them, although it is harder than it should be. Those trolls are very strong. They are not tolerant of trolls. Trolls are actually not tolerant of anything. Hardly even itself…

  13. Angeline Or Mother? • Angeline, or Artemis’ mom, seems to be intolerant of Artemis calling her mother. She is sick at the moment, so she didn’t know who he was. She thought he was Papa, as she said in the book.

  14. Foaly • Foaly seems to be tolerant of the LEPrecons. He makes all of this technology and computer stuff for the LEPrecons. Foaly is letting the LEPrecons have what they want, and that shows tolerance. Centaur 

  15. Cudgeon • Cudgeon is a strange professor, also intolerant of Artemis and Butler. He is tolerant of the fairies, because he is one. He would obviously be tolerant of himself.

  16. The Troll • Root then sent in a troll to attack Artemis and Butler. Butler then tries to fight him off, being very intolerant of him. He ended up being injured. Then Holly healed Butler, because she tolerated him somehow. He also was the first human ever to defeat the troll.

  17. Bio-Bomb • Root, Foaly, and Holly plan to send in a bio-bomb, into Fowl Manor, to kill Artemis, Butler, and Juliet. They actually do it, although it failed miserably. It hit the house, although all humans in the house survived. Root, Foaly, and Holly must have been super intolerant of Artemis, if he wanted to blow Artemis up.( Intolerance)

  18. Arty and Mother • Now, at the end of the book, Artemis finally finds his mother walking down the stairs. Then Artemis seems to feel like a young boy again, and hugs his mother. They seem to tolerate each other very much, at that special moment. Although….

  19. Artemis??? • Although Artemis felt great seeing his mother, he still is himself. He will still go into a big fight against Holly, Root, and Foaly. He still wants them… A lot. He is still after them, and probably won’t stop until he gets them, so watch out.
