Your turn!! • Read the children’s book. • Make a list of math vocabulary related to the story and illustrations. • Make a list of the math concepts/skills that you might teach using this book. • Locate and correlate these concepts/skills to Foundations and/or CMS standards. • Create a math activity related to the concepts identified.
