  2. 1960s striped mini dresses A 1960s A-line mini-dress in nautical stripe with cheeky pocket detail. Made in soft cotton and boasting a boat neck, it’s a dream to wear over jeans – or with your pins out (a la Mrs Silk & Sawdust Snr). Add a red belt and shoes and you’ll be fit for the regatta, the riverside pub or a seaside trip.

  3. 1960s maxi dress • In fine paisley cotton over a habutai silk, this dress falls like a dream. A hint of ruching and a peak of skin at the bust, sit above an empire line skirt to create a wonderful silhouette. Dress it down for the day, and sit crossed legged in the park, then fling on some heels and black beads necklace to take it out for drinks.
