Quickwrite – March 3, 2014 A friend tells you in the strictest confidence that he is going to run away from what you both consider to be an intolerable situation. You know that runaways are often preyed upon by criminals and other unscrupulous people. What do you do? Describe the conversation you would have with your friend and give your points of advice. This is a quickwrite; therefore, your pencil must never stop moving during the seven minutes you have to write.
