  3. Important people Most Melanesia's are originally from the pacific island. Exception include the people of new Caledonia about one-third of whom are Europeans and Fiji islands.

  6. Humans and the physical environment Most Melanesia's work on substance farms. Coffee palm oil, and cocoa are important exports.

  8. Geographic factors and natural resources Mineral resources such as gold,oil,copper,and nickel.
