  6. Default Values Setting default values will save your users from having to specify these details from scratch every time they create an advert or issue a reference request.

  7. Options If this option is selected, then applications will not be available for shortlisting by a recruiting manager unless they have been long-listed by a recruitment officer first.

  8. Options If you select any of these options, the corresponding logos will be added to the foot of your job adverts.

  9. KPI Management These links just take you down to the relevant section of the page. This will undo all your KPI settings and re-set them to the default values Clicking these question marks will reveal more information about the meaning of the KPI labels Whatever KPI periods you enter in these boxes will be used for KPI tracking and reminders

  10. KPIs Many tasks have ‘KPI’ periods associated with them. NHS Jobs will automatically keep track of these tasks, and will display symbols to highlight tasks that are due or overdue. You can set the KPI periods for these tasks on the KPI Management page.

  11. Reporting Groups ‘Reporting Groups’ are categories you can define for reporting purposes. Whenever a vacancy is created, the user will be able to pick one of the reporting groups to allocate it to. You can then run reports on the vacancies in each group. Click here to delete the group Click here to change the name of the group
