  5. Performance Measurement • HOME GPRA Accomplishments in FY 2007 (as of 9/30/07): • Homebuyer assistance: 34,985 (116% of target); • Rental production: 46,211 (152% of target)

  6. As of 12/31/07: A total of $213 million out of $260 million has been expended (82%); A total of 27,745 homebuyers have been assisted with ADDI; 52% of Assisted Households were Minorities; An average of $7,671 of ADDI assistance has been provided per household; 28 PJs have yet to use any ADDI funds ADDI Update
