  1. Troubleshooting Tipsfor Installation issues Shadowing: • Wire covering LED lens • LEDs not Spaced Properly • Product vs. Depth of the letter not correct Sign or Row Does Not Light After Installation: • Check Connection from Power Supply • Check Power Supply Leads and Jumper Wire Connections • Check to be sure output wires are connected with proper polarity Sign Does Not Light: • Check Output Voltage of Power Supply with a Voltmeter • Check Input Voltage going into the power supply with a volt meter • Check all Connections and Seal/Cap all Loose/Exposed Wires

  2. Troubleshooting Tipsfor Installation issues (cont’d) Modules Are Dim: • Check to be sure the Power Supply are not overloaded by running more LED’s then recommended One Module does not light but the others do: • The system is designed so if one module doesn’t light, it will not cause the entire row of LEDs to go out. Flashing and Flickering: • Overloaded power supply (too many feet/modules on a power supply) • Possible wire shorting out LEDs do not light but a meter reading at the end of the string reads the proper low voltage • LEDs possibly hooked up to high voltage, LEDs have been destroyed, however there is still continuity in the line.
