  2. Bihar State Seed Certification Agency1. At HQ 01 Director SCA, 01 Dy. Director & 01 Assistant Direcrtor.2. Out of 19 Seed Certification Inspector 18 is working at present.3. Total Annual Seed Certification area target is 25000 ha. Target of Kharif & Rabi is 10000 ha. each season and Garma season target is 5000 ha.

  3. Constraints1. Under Seed Rolling Plan MOU yet not signed.2. Sufficient Man power not available at SM Farm.
