About Vision NDT • Vision NDT is the institute providing the training and certification as per ASNT under written document of SNTC-1A to the professional.   • We give training and certification in Level I and Level II in Dye penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing, Radiography testing, Ultrasonic testing and Radiography evaluation.

  4. Eligibility Criteria • Faculty The training is conducted by the rich experience people in NDT. • Eligibility The required qualification for the training and certification Minimum qualification 10th pass / Diploma / Degree Experience in NDT.

Training Modules • Dye Penetrant Testing Basic Principle: Capillary Action Types of Testing: 2 Method: 4 Testing Materials: All Materials Testing Area: Only Surface • Magnetic Particle Testing Basic Principle: Leakage Flux Types of Testing: 2 Method: 5 Testing Materials: Ferrous Testing Area: Surface/Sub surface up to 6 mm • Radiographic Testing Basic Principle: Differential in absorption Types of Testing: 2(X-ray / Gamma) Method: 4 Testing Materials: All Materials Testing Area: Sub Surface up to 200 mm • Ultrasonic Testing Basic Principle: Acoustic Impedence Types of Testing: Method: 2 Testing Materials: All Materials Testing Area: Sub Surface up to 5000 mm

  7. Documents Required • The document is are required for training and certification • Academic qualification proof • Experience Certificate. • Passport size Photo. • Eye Certificate.

  8. Training Hours • Penetrant Testing - 16 hours (Theory & Practical) • Magnetic particle Testing - 24 hours (Theory & Practical) • Radiography Testing - 40 hours (Theory & Practical) • Ultrasonic Testing - 40 hours (Theory & Practical) • Radiographic evaluation - 24 hours (Theory & Practical)

  9. Training Schedule • Every month 1st week – Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle testing. • Every month 2ndweek – Radiography Testing. • Every month 3rdweek – Ultrasonic Testing. • Every month 4thweek – Radiographic evaluation or any specific course.
