Dead chambers in pink/red dotted boxes Only chambers dead for all of 2010 are highlighted. Also good agreement with temporarily dead chambers seen here and efficiency measurements on page 6. CSC DPG works on including the dead chambers in the next MC production.

Issues encountered this week Concern Checked out all triggers with muons. Most triggers have placed L2 cuts far away from L3, usually equal to L1 thresholds. If L2 threshold is moved too close to L3, one starts to have inefficiencies due to the L2 resolution (see next slide) As the L2 cut has (should have) no impact on physics, only on CPU timing (which is expected to be very small), we recommend to move all L2 cuts to correspond to the L1 thresholds. (L1 thresholds are tuned so that they are 90% efficient at the cut value, so they correspond to effectively lower cuts.) Some L2 turn-on curves are shown on next page to illustrate the issue.
Issues encountered this week Trigger Review The review went quite well, lots of interest. http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=123890 This is the muon task list from Emmanuelle's summary:
