Medical Services • Mrs. Rene Madigosky, R.N., M.S.N. (Ext. 5102) • Mrs. Anna Marie Benlian, R.N., A.A.S. (Ext. 5470) • Notification letter sent home to those who need to submit documentation of Tdap and meningitis vaccines. These vaccines are state mandated for entrance into 7th grade. • Medication • All medication must be delivered to the nurse in the original prescription bottle or over the counter medication packaging. • All medication must be delivered to the nurse by an parent/guardian or arranged with the nurse for a student to deliver. • No student may carry medication on their person • One exception - may carry inhaler w/doctor’s note • Physician’s notes and medical issues should be submitted/communicated directly to Mrs. Madigosky
Band & Orchestra Parents of band students should report to room 143 after 7th period Parents of orchestra students should report to room 142 after 7th period
