  1. MMPOA COMMUNITY DAY WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP...You don't have to have a strong back to work during the Community Day. We have jobs for everyone... Our Community Day is about getting together and doing some projects that stretch our dollars and make them go further. We hope you will join us even if you can only be there for a short time. WHEN: Saturday, April 26, 2014 – from 10am to 4pm WHERE: We will meet at the common area at 10am(or whenever you can get there) LUNCH: Pizza lunch will be provided at Noon. Don’t Forget: Bring your signed copy of Hold-Harmless Form SOME OF WHAT WE HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH: • Cleaning of the culverts and ditches of leaves and debris • Entrance cleanup and repairs • Clean-up trash along lower and upper common area • Weed whip along roadways • Prune along roadways • Clean “fines” from culvert pipe areas WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING: Work gloves & hand tools (rake, shovel, pruners, weed-whip, etc.) RSVP: We need to hear from you NLT March 29th if we are to proceed with the community day. For this community day to be successful, we will need at least 24 folks to volunteer. Please contact either Brian Reid or Tom Kennedy and let us know if you will be available.
