  16. Company Background Who We Are cBizSoft was founded in June 1999 by Kris Reddy. Kris is a mechanical engineer from IIT Bombay. He then went on to do his masters in Canada. He has more than 30 years of software development experience, more than 10 of which have been in Staffing. He started his career as a junior developer. He then went on to become CIO of the company, which provides nuclear reactor software to Toshiba Japan. After retiring as CIO he started a staffing firm. He realized that there was no software available to automate every day business activities. He then started designing the application for his needs, and distributed to few other friends to use. This is how cBizSoft was born in June 1999, and rest is history.
