Research Activity • Conduct research with 15 people in class and record their opinions about the importance of breakfast.

Research Activity – Step 5 • Final statement: • My research concluded that 67% (10/15) of students have more energy in the morning when they eat breakfast.
Review • Breakfast is an important meal • Children, teens and adults function better if they eat a healthy, well-balanced breakfast • Children learn their behaviours from caregivers so it is important to model healthy eating (including breakfast)
