Update on QEC Progress • Assessment Teams (AT) for all 16 academic depts. formed • Schedule chalked out for AT visit of the depts. • Evaluation of courses offered in Summer 2009 • SAR of Model Department, Computer Sciences, in the 11th Meeting of QECs • AT visit of the Model Department, Computer Sciences, on August 12 2008 - minutes sent

  5. Continued… • Proforma 1, 10, 3, 4, & 5, submitted, for all courses for Winter/Spring Semester 2009 • SARs of all degree programs, 16 years of schooling, completed and reviewed • Proforma 11, added: to proformas provided by QAA for review of working of different Administrative Departments

Continued… • Evaluation shifted to machine readable Proforma, scanned by Scranton ES 2800: economizing on paper, HR and making the data more error free • Comprehensive Evaluation Report in the next quarter would be compiled and circulated in four weeks • FJWU joined World Higher Education Database 2009: info can be accessed via WHED 2009 • Criteria referenced Self Assessment Proforma circulated in all 16 Academic Departments • Four Proforma have been received, analyzed and compiled
