  3. 1. Component of SHS-30 • SHS-30 is standard for 30W Solar Home-lighting System. • SHS-30 component include: Solar module*1pcs Support frame*1Kit Controller box*1pcs Battery*1cells(12V) LED lamp*3pcs(3W ) Power cables Spare-parts of Fuse

  4. 2. Principle of SHS Solar panel module converts solar power into electricity power. The solar controller converts electricity power to 12VDC power, 12Vdc powercharges the battery and save DC power in battery. 12Vdc power-on LED light 12V Batter Solar Solar Panel module Solar Controller LED Light

  5. 3.1 Installment of SHS—Tools prepare Compass Electrical driller wrench Hammer Screwdriver Mark pen Glove

  6. 3.2 Installment—Component Checking List Butterfly bolts and nuts 4Kits Fuse 2pcs Expansion Bolts Solar panel and Frame 1panel LED ligght&LED light Power cable 3Kits Solar output power cable Solar controller 1pcs

  7. 3. 3 Installment—power cable connect to panel Junction Box Open Junction Box of panel back site, use screw driver fix power cable. JB+Red Wire JB- Black Wire After cable fixed, then close the cover and fix the screw of cover

  8. 3.4 Installment—Panel&frame assembly 35degree 25degree Panel and frame assembly with butter fly bolts and nuts, There are 3angles of panel installment, 25degree，30degree，35degree, in Pakistan it is better 30.

  9. 3.5 Installment—Finalized Solar panel direction After panel & frame assembly, put the assembly on cement of top roof. Panel face to south direction, then finalize the expansion hole location and mark with PEN. Use drill to make hole for expansion bolts. Last fix solar frame with expansion bolts.

  10. 3.5 Installment—Solar controller&cable connection Put solar controller inside room place which is clean,Dry and safe. Install fuse of BAT and DC-out DC output switch at ‘OFF’ status Attention the layout length is good for solar power cable!!!

  11. 3.6 Installment-solar and LED cable connect LED light install at LED cable terminator end. Solar cable connect to PV IN of controller. 3LED cable connect to DC-Out of controller. Phoe USB charger cable connect to USB of controller. Last Switch ON the DC out switch to power on LED and USB charger

  12. 3.5 Installment—System Power On and USB charger working 3LED ON USB mobile phone charger

  13. 3.6Installment—Alarm LED display After Switch ON, then check LED is Green, system is running normal.

  14. 4.Maintenance Solar controller keep inside room where is clean, dry, safe. Clean solar panel frequently with cloth, remove the dusty. Sunshine of solar panel will not be shadow with tree or high building. System Keep far away from Children.
