  5. What distributor marketing activity does TXGB open up to me? Distributors can create marketing campaigns featuring selected product from TXGB e.g. led by region, category etc.

  6. What is the cost to me? You load gross rates into TXGB You join for free TXGB works on a simple payment model When a booking is made you pay a 2.5% booking fee Each distributor sets its own commission rate … you choose which you want to work with Gross rate = net rate plus cost of distribution

  7. How do I manage my inventory? You manage your product availability No allocations – feeds into live inventory Product release dates according to distributor Ts&Cs Great opportunity to promote shoulder season Close out dates determined by you You can choose to be an “on request” supplier

  8. How can I see my bookings? The TXGB Dashboard • Booking info • Sales reporting • Analytics

  9. How does payment work? OTA style websitesand agents Direct payment websites You receive funds into your bank account at the time the booking is made You will receive your funds in the normal process utilised by the OTA or agent Distributor commissions and booking fees are automatically settled by TXGB in the following month TXGB will place the booking into your connected booking system TXGB will send you an email reminding you of the booking and the need to collect payment from the OTA or agent
