What is academic credentialing? A program designed to add value to the high school diploma by certifying student attainment of the skills most valued by post-secondary stakeholders.
What credentials are offered? • Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) • College Tech Prep Readiness Certificate (CTPRC) • College/University Prep Readiness Certificate (CUPRC)
The Career Readiness Certificate Career Readiness Certificate The Career Readiness Certificate is a portable skills credential, assuring employers that a job applicant actually has the basic skills they seek.
National Career Readiness Certificate 3 Levels • Bronze - core employability skills for approximately 16% of available jobs • Silver - approximately 67% • Gold - approximately 93% • Platinum – approximately 99%
