  2. Native TCP/IP Support for CamecaSX100, SXFiveand JEOL 8900/8200/8500 and JEOL 8230/8530 No instrument hardware or network configuration changes are required to run Probe for EPMA or Probe Image. Add PC, install the software and connect a network cable to your existing network switch. Uses the same TCP/IP calls as your JEOL or Cameca software! 2
