Indirect Object • Indirect object is the person who receivesthe direct object or the person who benefits from the action of the verb. • Use the preposition a before an indirect object El peluquera le corta el pelo a la señora. The hairdresser cut the woman’s hair.
Indirect Object Pronoun • Stands for indirect object noun • Can take the place of the indirect object noun or be used together with it • Un cocinero le cocina la comida a Juan. • The cook cooks Juan’s food. • The cook cooks his food.
