  7. Skills audit on neighbourhood level Skills audit in SUCCES project = translation of the assessment program to a more accessible and approachable skills audit that can be organised on neighbourhood level

Step 2: Approachable assignments • Multiple assignments to measure multiple competencies • Seperate modules • Fulltime assessment: too intensive • Assignments: • - interesting (for men, women, young, old, …) • - with clear results • - not creating a feeling of testing or judging • !!! Beware of hidden agenda • Group assignments vs. individual assignments
