More 2nd Voyage info • Tried to expel Muslims from Calicut. • Bombarded the city Calicut and destroyed several houses. • Captured ships carrying rice and tortured the crew’s by cutting off their ears, noses, and hands. • Burned boat full of wealthy Muslim merchants.
