  6. Academic Unit Prompting In the SINA Report • Reference email: CATCOM Insider News - academic unit value prompting • The Academic Unit prompt is really a “Plan Owner” prompt. • This is why the prompt list includes divisions and colleges • Selecting a division and/or college will only report for the plans that are owned by the division and/or college. It will not “expand” out to include all plans owned at the lower levels; i.e., a college selection will not include the division owned or unit owned plans within that college nor will a division selection include the unit owned plans within that division. • The prompting is based on what is found in the Student Advisor History – you will see some divisions and colleges that no longer own any plans

  7. Academic Unit Prompting In the SINA Report • I have submitted an request to IRM to create and populate a “College” field in Student Advisor Data ODS. • This will provide the ability to design student advisor data reports that prompt at the college level (and get all data inclusive within the organization tree)

  8. SINA Report Enhancements (pending) • Eliminate students from the report that have never enrolled at NAU • Add Campus • Add Academic Level (beginning of term) • Add Academic Load • Add Cumulative Unit fields • Total Adjusted Transfer Units • Total NAU Units • Total Cumulative Units

  9. SINA Report Enhancements (pending) continued… • Cumulative GPA • Plan Code (currently only the description is shown) • Plan Type • Milestones will be considered for Round Two. • Any other suggestions? • What’s next • Figuring out the report layout • Formal request to IRM team
