Funding and cuts • Provider optimism survey: record return! • FOI hourly rates – analysis now underway • Terms and conditions: • Discussion with SSSC, COSLA, ADSW, STUC, programme of action being designed • Evidence given to Living Wage inquiry (Scottish Parliament Local Govt Committee) • Budget 2012-13: evidence submitted to twoparliamentary committees

  4. Public service reform • Health and social care integration • Announcement and debate –CCPS briefing issued • Place on Delivery Group and National Steering Group on Joint Commissioning • Reshaping care • Work with SCVO, LTCAS and VAS • CCPS members project: ‘what works’

Commissioning and procurement • Audit Scotland performance audit due to be published March 2012 • Sustainable Procurement Bill 2013PPAG consulted on content • Health and Sport Committee inquiry reportrecommends more powers for Care Inspectorate to monitor commissioning • CCPS/IRISS project on commissioning for outcomes
